Enjoy a more sustainable way of working

A sustainable business is one that values its people and makes it easy for them to do their best. WFW’s working environment and culture reflect our principles of respect, sharing, communication and integrity.

Our style is collegiate: we encourage close working relationships across teams with a flat organisational structure, open doors and a ‘Duz’ policy. We’re proud that our practice is one of the most gender diverse in Germany: more than four in ten of our fee earners are female (and we’d like that number to grow).

Part of our sustainability commitment is to provide for more flexible working. Giving individuals the opportunity to work from home, to work part-time or other non-traditional hours, reduces commuting and promotes a better work-life balance. In our Munich office, we’re road testing a smart and agile workspace that will support more digital workstyles and allow people to be productive wherever they are. You’ll also be encouraged to develop your professional profile on social media.

We know that people enjoy working for WFW and our retention rate is one of the best in our sector.
